Adam Hess has managed the Daryl Roth Theatre for the past 11 years. In that time, he has overseen the construction of the DR2 Theatre and the renovation of the D-Lounge Cabaret. Adam is also responsible for booking the Daryl Roth Theatre as both a traditional theatrical venue and as an event space for such diverse clients as Meow Mix and Grey Goose. General Management credits include: Love, Loss, And What I Wore, The Divine Sister, Through The Night, Dear Edwina, The Temperamentals, Die! Mommie! Die!, Sandra Bernhard: Everything Bad & Beautiful, Vigil, Esoterica, Manuscript and Thom Pain. Hailing from Toronto, he has a diverse theatrical background that includes being an original cast member of the Harold Prince/Susan Stroman helmed production of Show Boat. Mr. Hess holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of Columbia University’s School of the Arts, where he received a M.F.A. in Theatre Management and Producing. He currently serves on the Board of the Off-Broadway League and is Chair of the Marketing Committee.
